Crockpot Applesauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 4 apples - Empire, Pink Lady, Jonathan, Golden Delicious, McIntosh or Rome
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Wash, peel, core and slice four apples and then put them in the crockpot.
  2. Stir and set the crockpot on high for 4-5 hours.
  3. Mash up the cooked apples with a potato masher or hand blender.
